Domain registration is nothing more than creating an entry in a global database to match the domain name (e.g. www.holylamb.com) to an I.P. Address (e.g. 209.249.147.51). If someone registers your name and points to our IP address, we are completely unable to know that this has been done, or do anything about the registration.

Your first step in finding the culprit who is abusing your Trade Name is to do a "whois" search on the domain name in question. If you searched on HOLYLAMB.COM and not YOUR-TRADE-NAME.COM you will retrieve our information, not the information of the person who has registered YOUR-TRADE-NAME.COM.
